The Board resolution dated May 27, 2021, the BOD of OPC Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company approved to pay second cash dividend for 2020 as follows:

- Exercise ratio: 20%/par value (2,000dongs/share)

- Record date: June 14, 2021

- Payment date: June 21, 2021.
