On May 10, 2021, Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation issued the decision to approve the following issues:

1)      To establish the Audit Committee under the Board of Directors, including:

-          Mr. Phan Van Danh – Independent member of BOD as Chairman of Audit Committee.

-          Mr. Nguyen Hung Cuong – Deputy Chairman of BOD as member of Audit Committee.

2)      To establish the Secretariat under the Board of Directors.

3)      To appoint Mr. Do Vo Manh Hung as Person in charge of Corporate Governance.
