PetroVietnam Oil Corporation (“PVOIL”) announces the change of representative in Camau Trading Joint Stock Company (“Camex”) as follows:
- Mr. Le Xuan Trinh resigned as PVOIL’s representative in Camex and resigned from the Board of Directors of Camex for retirement, effective from May 01, 2021.
PVOIL assigned Mr. Hoang Anh Dung as PVOIL’s representative in Camex and nominated him for Member of the Board of Directors of Camex to replace Mr. Le Xuan Trinh
