Due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic, the BOD of HVC Investment and Technology Joint Stock Company approved to change the meeting time and venue to hold the Annual General Meeting 2021 as follows:

• Meeting venue: Floor 2^nd, National Conference Center, Thang Long Boulevard, Me Tri, Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi.

-          After changing:

• Meeting time: Notice later
• Meeting venue: Notice later.
