The Board resolution dated November 29, 2021, the BOD of Dat Xanh Group Joint Stock Company approved to stop the implementation of planning to issue shares in the private placement according to the Resolution of the Annual General Meeting 2021.

            Reason for stopping: the company has arranged other capital resources to replace the capital mobilization from the plan for share private placement. Therefore, the BOD considers that it is not necessary to implement the plan for share private placement in 2021.
