The Board resolution dated December 01, 2021, the Board of Directors of Phuc Hung Holdings Construction Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the result of stock offering to existing shareholders:

-          Offering volume: 22,874,130 shares

-          Distributed volume: 22,617,451 shares

-          Remaining shares: 256,679 shares.

2)      Approving the distribution of unsold shares and fractional shares in the public offering:

-          Stock volume: 256,679 shares; Of which:

+ Remaining shares via the offering volume to existing shareholders: 256,635 shares with the selling price of VND10,000/share;

+ Remaining shares via the auction: 44 shares with selling price of VND12,000/share.

-          Payment time: from December 01, 2021 to December 06, 2021.

-          These share will be restricted in 01 year from the ending date of the offering
