The Board resolution dated December 27, 2021, the BOD of Royal International Corporation approved the change of Audit Committee members with following members:

1)      Mrs. Nguyen Khoa Hoang Oanh – Independent member of BOD: Chairman of Audit Committee

2)      Mrs. Tran Gia Ngoc Phuong – member of BOD: member of Audit Committee
