The Board resolution dated December 27, 2021, the BOD of ThuDuc Electro Mechanical Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the establishment of the Internal Audit under the Board of Directors.

2)      Approving the appointment of Mrs. Ho Thi Kim Quy as Head of the Internal Audit.
