According to the Board resolution dated December 25, 2021, the Board of Directors of DIC Holdings Construction JSC unanimously approved the result of bond issue as follows:

-          Number of shares registered to be issued: 14,800,000 shares

-          Time for subscription and payment: from 10/22/2021 to 12/24/2021

-          Offering price: VND12,000/share

-          Restriction period: 03 years from the end of offering

-          Number of ordered shares: 10,500,000 shares

-          Number of remaining shares: 4,300,000 shares

The BoD decided to offer 4,300,000 shares to 07 other investors (with the total number of ordered shares of 4,250,535 shares), as follows:

-          Offering price: VND12,000/share

-          Restriction period: 03 years from the end of offering

-          Time for subscription and payment: from 12/27/2021 to 12/30/2021.
