-          Time of implementation: December 2021.

2)      Approving the transfer of all shares in Tay Bac Power Investment Development Joint Stock Company:

-          Transfer volume: 12,350,000 shares

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Total value (at par value): VND123,500,000,000

-          Time of implementation: December 2021.

3)      Approving the transfer of all shares in KPT Vietnam Joint Stock Company:

-          Transfer volume: 1,625,000 shares

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Total value (at par value): VND16,250,000,000

-          Time of implementation: December 2021.

4)      Approving the transfer of all shares in Kosy Lao Cai Joint Stock Company:

-          Transfer volume: 403,000 shares

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Total value (at par value): VND4,030,000,000
