The Board resolution dated December 24, 2021, the Board of Directors of SMC Trading Investment Joint Stock Company approved the contents of the Annual General Meeting 2022 with details as follows:

Approving the report on the business result in 2021
Business plan in 2022.
Report from the Supervisory Board in 2021.
Audited financial statements in 2021.
Plan for 2021 profit distribution.
Plan for 2022 dividend payment.
The selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2022.
- Remuneration of the BOD, Supervisory Board in 2022.
