The Board resolution dated December 24, 2021, the BOD of Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved the following issues:

1)      Approved the result of stock issuance for capital increase  from the owner’s equity:

-          Number of distributed shares: 410,083,773 shares

-           Total value of issuance (at par value): VND4,100,837,730,000

2)      Approved the change of the company’s charter capital from VND11,716,717,220,000 to VND4,100,837,730,000.

3)      Approved the registration to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Commission of Vietnam (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) for 410,083,773 new shares. Time of implementation in January 2022.
