Relating to information published in the mass media about the detention of CEO Nguyen Vu Bao Hoang to serve the investigation of fraudulent property appropriation, Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation responded as follows:

            On November 24, 2021, Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation received a resignation letter from Nguyen Vu Bao Hoang from the positions of Member of the Board of Directors and CEO as from November 23, 2021. The Corporation disclosed the information in accordance with the law. At present, all business activities of Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation are still going on as usual. 

Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation has not received any official documents from the authorities about the detention of Mr. Nguyen Vu Bao Hoang. As soon as official information is available, the Corporation will carry out the procedures and disclose information under the law.
