On November 25, 2021, through the website of the Ministry of Public Security, Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation knew that the investigative police agency prosecuted and arrested Mr. Nguyen Vu Bao Hoang (Member of the Board of Directors cum CEO) and Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Truong Chinh (Member of the Board of Directors cum Deputy CEO).

At present, all business activities of Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation are still going on as usual. The Corporation sent invitation letters of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for fiscal year 2020 scheduled on December 22, 2021 in order to strengthen the staff of the Board of Directors, the Management, and to develop strategies and orientations for the next period.
