-          Company name: TCD Plus Joint Stock Company

-          Short name: TCD Plus

-          Address: 89 Cach Mang Thanh Tam Street, Ben Thanh Ward, district 1, Hochiminh, Vietnam.

-          Charter capital: VND5,000,000,000 (TCD contributed VND2,550,000,000, equivalent to 255,000 shares at par value, accounting for 51% charter capital of TCD Plus.

-          To appoint Mr. Bui Thien Phuong Dong – member of BOD cum CEO as the representative of contributed capital of TCD in TCD Plus.
