On December 08, 2021, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Viet Nam (VCB) received an official letter dated December 07, 2021 by the State Securities Commission confirming that the Company’s dossier on the ownership limit of foreign investors at VCB at 30% is sufficient and valid as prescribed in the Decree No.155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2021 by the Government detailing the implementation of several articles of Securities Law.
