TYA: Board resolution on borrowing capital from Taishin Bank

According to the Board Resolution dated December 09, 2021, the Board of Directors of Taya (Vietnam) Electric Wire and Cable JSC approved to borrow capital from Taishin International Bank with the credit limit of US$5,000,000 in order to raise the Company’s working capital. This loan will be guaranteed by Mr. Shen Shang Pang, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
