On December 09, 2021, Tai Nguyen Corporation (TNT) received an official letter dated December 08, 2021 by the State Securities Commission confirming that the Company’s dossier on the ownership limit of foreign investors at TNT at 49% is sufficient and valid as prescribed in the Decree No.155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2021 by the Government detailing the implementation of several articles of Securities Law.
