The Board of Directors of Thien Viet Asset Management decided to convene the 2021 Extraordinary General Meeting of Investors as follows:

1)      Record date: December 07^th, 2021

2)      Voting content:

-          Approval for the 2021 interim dividend payment (in cash) to investors of Thien Viet Growth Fund 2 (FUCTVGF2);

-          Approval for the plan to dissolve the fund ahead of time before the fund expires on January 02^nd, 2023;

-          Other issues (if any).
