The Board resolution dated November 17, 2021, the BOD of Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 2 approved the following issues:

1)      Approving to establish the Internal Audit Board under the Board of Directors.

2)      Approving to appoint Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thu Hien as Person in charge of the Internal Audit of the Company from November 17, 2021.
