On November 15, 2021, International Gas Product Shipping Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders with the following contents:

1)      Approving the update, adjustment on the investment project to purchase the No.2 oil/chemical tanker with a tonnage of about 19,000 - 25,000 DWT:

-          Vessel type: oil/chemical tanker with a tonnage of about 19,000 - 25,000 DWT

-          Total value of investment: 16,995,900 USD

-          Time of implementation: from Quarter IV/2021

-          Source of capital for the project: equity and loan capital.

2)      Approving the update, adjustment of some of contents relate to the investment project to buy oil/chemical tanker No.2 in the following capital increase plan:

-          Purpose for increasing capita:

+ To supplement capital resources to purchase the No.1 oil/chemical tanker with a tonnage of about 20,000 DWT (Vessel No.1).

+ To supplement capital resources to purchase the No.2 oil/chemical tanker with a tonnage of about 10,000 - 25,000 DWT (Vessel No.2).

+ Total proceeds from the issuance (estimated) of VND200,000,000,000 will be supplemented capital for 2 vessels.

3)      Approving the resignation of Mrs. Nguyen Linh Giang as member of BOD.
