The Board resolution dated October 05, 2021, the Board of Directors of  F.I.T Group Joint Stock Company approved the handle of undistributed shares in the stock issuance under ESOP as follows:

1)      Approving the result of stock issuance under ESOP:

-          Issuance volume: 8,000,000 shares

-          Distributed volume and payment until October 04, 2021: 7,705,500 shares

-          Undistributed shares: 294,500 shares

2)      Approving the handle of undistributed shares in the stock issuance under ESOP:

-          Stock volume: 294,500 shares

-          Offering price: VND10,000/shares

-          These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the ending date of the issuance.

-          Payment time: before 17:00, October 05, 2021.
