The Board resolution dated October 05, 2021, the Board of Directors of October 05, 2021 approved the following issues:

1)      Approving the cancellation of the Board resolution No.31 dated September 22, 2021 regarding the record date to collect shareholders’ opinions in writing.

2)      Approving the record date to hold the Extraordinary General Meeting 2021 for the second time :

-          Record date: October 25, 2021

-          Meeting date: expected in November 19, 2021

-          Organization form: online and electronic voting

-          Meeting venue: expected in Hochiminh.

• Resignation and additional election of Independent member of BOD;
• Approving the plan for private placement of shares;
