The Board resolution dated October 05, 2021, the BOD of Thien Nam Trading Import Export Corporation approved the following contents:

1)      Approving the stock issuance under ESOP:

-          Stock name: Thien Nam Trading Import Export Corporation

-          Stock type: common share

-          Stock type: TNA

-          Par value: 10,000 dongs

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 1,969,296 shares

-          Issuance price: none

-          Total value of issuance (at par value): 19,692,960,000 dongs

-          Exercise ratio: 5%

-          Time for transfer restriction: 01 year from the ending date of the issuance

-          Time of implementation: after being approved by the State Securities Commisison of Vietnam (SSC).

Approving the dossier of registration for the stock issuance under ESOP.
