On December 31, 2020, Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury stock before trading: 169,559 shares

- Number of registered shares to buy: 76,240 shares

- Purpose: to repurchase shares as treasury shares from the employees resigned in the stock issuance under ESOP 2018 and 2019.

- Expected trading period: from January 19, 2021 to January 22, 2021.

- Trading method: to transfer rights via the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD)

- Purchase price: VND 20,000/share
