On December 29, 2020, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Construction and Import-Export Joint Stock Corporation (stock code: VCG) approved plans to pay dividends for 2019 and 2020 as follows:

1)      The dividend payment for 2019:

−        Plan for 2019 adopted by the General Meeting: 6%

−        Dividend payment ratio: 6%

−        Total payment amount: 241,446,403,800 dongs

−        Ex-date: January 11, 2021

−        Record date: January 12, 2021

−        Payment date: February 11, 2021. 

2)      The interim dividend payment for 2020:

−        Payment method: in cash

−        Plan for 2020 adopted by the 2020 Annual General Meeting: 12%

−        Interim dividend payment ratio: 6%

−        Total payment amount: 241,446,403,800 dongs

−        Ex-date: January 11, 2021

−        Record date: January 12, 2021

−        Payment date: February 11, 2021.
