SJS: Reminded of dividend payment

On December 24, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued an official document to remind Song Da Urban & Industrial Zone Investment and Development JSC (stock code: SJS) to comply with the corporate governance rules and the enterprise laws because Song Da Urban & Industrial Zone Investment and Development JSC delayed the dividend payment.

HOSE required SJS to fulfill its obligation to pay dividends to shareholders in accordance with current regulations as well as submit an explanation of its financial resources for dividend payment.
