The Board resolution dated May 05, 2020, the Board of Directors of Vnsteel - Ho Chi Minh City Metal Corporation approved the following issues:

1)      Approving to cancel the record date (March 06, 2020) to hold the Annual General Meeting 2020.

2)      Approving to cancel the holding of the Annual General Meeting 2020 on March 27, 2020.

3)      Approving the record date to hold the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-          Record date: May 26, 2020

-          Meeting time: expected in June 2020
