1)      Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Quoc Vinh as Head of Internal Audit Board as from May 04, 2020.

2)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Chi Duc as ead of Internal Audit Board as from May 04, 2020.
