Khang Dien House Trading and Investment JSC disclosed the notes on the use of proceeds from the public offering as follows:

- The Company contributed VND350,000,000,000 into Vi La Joint Stock Company (a subsidiary with 99% owned by KDH) so that Vi La Joint Stock Company can invest by purchasing stake in Thuy Sinh Real Estate Joint Stock Company. The ownership ratio of Vi La Joint Stock Company in Thuy Sinh Real Estate Joint Stock Company after the investment is 99.9%. Thuy Sinh Real Estate Joint Stock Company is the investor of Residential Area Project in Phu Huu ward, district 9, Ho Chi Minh city.

- The Company invested VND446,617,125,000 in Binh Trung Real Estate Investment and Trading Co., Ltd (a subsidiary with 99.8% owned by KDH). Binh Trung Real Estate Investment and Trading Co., Ltd. used this proceeds for Housing Project in district 2, Ho Chi Minh city.

- The Company invested VND51,160,000,000 in Thanh Phuc Investment Co. Ltd. (a subsidiary with 99.9% owned by KDH). Thanh Phuc Investment Co. Ltd. used this proceeds for Verosa Park in district 9, Ho Chi Minh city.
