1. To cancel the shareholder list for the 2020 Annual General Meeting on the record date of March 16, 2020;
2. To postpone the 2020 Annual General Meeting until an appropriate time before June 30, 2020.

Reason: comply with the recommendations of limiting crowded events in response to the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic.
