On April 13, 2020, Hanoi Plastics Joint Stock Company sent an Announcement to the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) about the record date to seek shareholders’ written opinion on May 04, 2020. Now, the company changes the purpose of record date into the holding of Extraordinary General Meeting 2020 (instead of seeking shareholders’ written opinion. Details are as follows:

  • Reason & purpose: to hold the 2020  General Meeting of Shareholders
  • Time of implementation: expected in June 2020.
  • The details will be informed later.
