Thanh Nam Group Joint Stock Company (HOSE: TNI) has received an official document dated April 21, 2020 by the State Securities Commission approving the delay in the disclosure of financial statements of TNI in 2020 as follows:

-           For the quarterly  financial statements and reviewed  financial statements (if any): within 30 days from the last day of quarter, but no more than 05 days from the day when the audit firm signs the reviewed financial statements.
