On April  15, 2020, the Board of Directors of Viet Nam Power Development Joint Stock Company approved a private placement with the total issue value of VND140 billion and to issue in two phases with some following main contents:

-       Term: 03 years from the issue date of Phase 1

-       Issue volume: 1,400 bonds, equivalent to VND140 billion

Of which:

• Phase 1 (VPDBOND.2020.01): 700 bonds, equivalent to VND70 billion
• Phase 2 (VPDBOND.2020.02): 700 bonds, equivalent to VND70 billion

-       Par value: VND100,000,000/bond

-       Currency unit: VND

-       Bond type: non-convertible, secured bond, no warrants

-       Bond form: book-entry

-       Issue date:

• Estimated issue date of Phase 1: April 28, 2020
• Estimated issue date of Phase 2: before October 28, 2020.
