Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, Landmark Holding Joint Stock Company had an Offer to extend the Audited Financial Statements in 2019 until April 30, 2020 and allowed by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

   To ensure that the 2019 Annual Report data is accurate and consistent with the 2019 audited financial statements. The company asked for a consideration and approval to LMH to delay the time to declare the Annual Report 2019 but no later than May 20, 2020 (20 days after the publication of the 2019 Audited Financial Statements).
