• Nominal interest: agreement between KBC and investors
• Bond interest payment method: Once every six months
• Organization place: Head office at KBC
• Number of issues: one or many phases
• Expected issue time: Q2.2020. The next bond issue (if any) will be carried out within 12 months from the issue date of the first bond issue.
• Plan of use of capital after the issue: total proceeds from the bond issue will be used to increase capital for the company’s activities and invest in the projects.
