Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade Securities Joint Stock Company announced personnel change as follows:

- Approving the resignation of Mr. Ha Quang Vu as Chairman of the BODs as from April 15, 2020.

- Ms. Tran Thi Thu Huong was appointed as person in charge of board operations from April 15, 2020.

- Approving the resignation of Mr. Khong Phan Duc as CEO as from April 15, 2020.

- Mr. Tran Phuc Vinh was appointed as Right CEO from April 15, 2020.

- Approving the resignation of Mr. Chu Manh Hien as Deputy CEO as from April 15, 2020.

- Mr. Dang Anh Hao was appointed as Deputy CEO from April 15, 2020.
