On April 14, 2020, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.174/QD-SGDHCM to put the shares of Quang Binh Import and Export Joint Stock Company (stock code: QBS) into warning status as of April 21, 2020.

Reason: The profit after tax of shareholders of parent company in 2019 was -173.11 billion dongs based on the 2019 audited consolidated financial statements. This is the case of warning securities under the Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
