PetroVietnam Power Corporation (stock code: POW) has received Official Document No.232/CV-DKKD dated April 10, 2020 by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ha Noi City approving the extension of deadline for holding the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2020 but not more than six months from the end of the fiscal year. Therefore, the Company will convene the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders at an appropriate time before June 30, 2020.
