On September 28, 2018, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No.382/QD-SGDHCM to change PTC shares of Post and Telecommunications Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company from the warning status to the supervision status from October 05, 2018.
On March 17, 2020, HOSE received the 2019 audited consolidated financial statements from Post and Telecommunications Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (PTC). Accordingly, the after-tax profit of parent company’s shareholders in 2019 was 62.38 billion dongs and the undistributed after-tax profit at 31/12/2019 was 1.48 billion dongs. Besides, the auditor still had except-for and emphasis comments.
Therefore, HOSE will remain the supervision status for the stock PTC and will consider solutions for the stock PTC after having the 2020 semi-annual reviewed financial statements.
