SMC Trading Investment Joint Stock Company (SMC) has corrected the Board resolution regarding the postponement of the 2020 Annual General Meeting as follows:  

-       Due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic, the Board of Directors approved to cancel the determination of the shareholder list on the record date March 16, 2020 and to postpone the 2020 Annual General Meeting, which was scheduled to take place on April 18, 2020. The Company will announce a new record date and meeting date after the authorities announce the situation of stability.
