Refrigeration Electrical Engineering Corporation announced personnel change as follows:

-       Approving the resignation of Mr. David Alexander Newbigging as a member of the BODs as from March 31, 2020.

-       Mr. Benjamin Herenden Birks was appointed as a member of the BODs as from March 24, 2020.
