On February 06, 2020, Dat Phuong Joint Stock Company (DPG) approved the following issues:

  1. The Board of Directors approved the signing of construction contract with a value greater than the company's charter capital in 2020.
  2. Approving the plan for DPG’s share buyback to make its treasury shares with 1,500,000 shares, equivalent to 3.333% charter capital.
