• Report of the Board of Directors;
• Report of the Management Board;
• The audited financial statements in 2019 and a plan for profit distribution;
• Business plan for 2020;
• Approval for the Board Chairman to be concurrently CEO from April 2020;
• Electing an additional member to the Board of Directors;
• Other issues (if any) under the jurisdiction of the general meeting of shareholders.
