The Board resolution dated February 09, 2020, the Board of Directors of Garmex Saigon Corporation approved the following issues:

Approving to change the Company’s Charter regarding new charter capital of VND 267,963,650,000 with 26,796,365 shares.
Approving to amend its charter with new charter capital.
Approving to register to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and to list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) for 8,915,437 new shares in the stock issuance to existing shareholders.
