FPT Securities Joint Stock Company (FPTS) announces the correction to the information on loans at VIB as follows:

Ordinary information:

On November 03, 2020, FPT Securities Joint Stock Company had a loan at Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank (VIB), leading to the total liabilities at banks until November 03, 2020 to be 642 billion dongs, or 30.41% (over 30%) of the owner’s equity in the 2019 financial statements.

Corrected information:

On November 03, 2020, FPT Securities Joint Stock Company had a loan at Vietnam International Commercial Joint Stock Bank (VIB), leading to the total liabilities at banks until November 03, 2020 to be 642 billion dongs, or 31.26% (over 30%) of the owner’s equity in the 2020 semi-annual audited financial statements.
