The Board resolution dated November 13, 2020, the BOD of Sai Gon Vien Dong Technology Joint Stock Company approved the divestment in Vien Dong Investment Development Trading Corporation (stock code: VID). Details are as follows:

- Selling volume: 689,905 shares

- Par value: VND 10,000/share

- Owning ratio: 2.234%

- Trading method: order matching or put through

- Trading period: from November 18, 2020 to December 17, 2020.
