The Board resolution dated November 13, 2020, the BOD of Thang Long Urban Development and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving to carry out the 2018 stock dividend payment:

-          Stock name: Thang Long Urban Development and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company

-          Stock code: TLD

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: 10,000 dongs

-          Number of shares issued: 38,054,077 shares

-          Number of outstanding shares: 38,054,077 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 0 share

-          Exercise ratio: 100:5 (shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 05 new shares).

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 1,902,703 shares

-          Total value (based on par value): VND 19,027,030,000

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to dozen, the fractional shares due to rounding down will be cancelled.

-          For example: at the record date, shareholder A owned 10,368 shares. With 5% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 10,368 *5/100 =518.4 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 518 new shares.

-          These shares will be transferred freely.

-          Expected issue time: Q4.2020 or Q1.2021, after being apporved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
