Imexpharm Corporation announces the Board resolution dated October 05, 2020 with the following contents:

1)      The BOD approved the list of key employees to be excluded from the right to buy ESOP shares with the volume of 30,000 shares:

-          Ho Thi Hai Dang;

-          Nguyen Thien Hoai;

-          Nguyen Thi Thanh Han;

-          Le Quang Tu;

-          Vo Phuoc Thong;

-          Nguyen My Tien;

-          Truong Vinh Nhan;

-          Vo Nguyen Vũ.

2)      The BOD approved the list of key employees to be added from the right to buy ESOP shares with the volume of 30,000 shares:

-          Nguyen Hong Ngoc;

-          Nguyen Pham Minh Tuan;

-          Le Thong Nhut;

-          Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhan;

-          Le Thi Tuyet Minh;

-          Ngo Hoa Nhan.

3)      The BOD approved to register to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HSOE) for new shares.
