Thong Nhat Rubber Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated October 05, 2020 with the following contents:

1)      The BOD approved the business result in first nine months of 2020:

-          Total revenue & other incomes:  97.0 billion dongs, reached 79.84% plan (121.5 billion dongs)

-          Profit before tax: 54.0 billion dongs, reached 96.43% plan (56.0 billion dongs)

-          Profit after taax: 51.5 billion dongs, reached 91.17% plan (53.0 billion dongs)

-          To pay the budget: 6.1 billion dongs, reached 80.26% plan (7.6 billion dongs).

2)      The BOD approved the business plan in Quarter 4/2020:

-          Revenue:               24.5 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax:     2.00 billion dongs

-          Profit after tax:        1.5 billion dongs

-          To pay the budget:  1.5 billion dongs

-          Plan for dividend payment: 15%/charter capital.
